My family and I had purchased vehicles from the same person since 1988. He retired not long ago and it was time to find a new salesman. I purchased a Used Volvo from this Dealership 8/09 for a Daughter. The A/C compressor went out and I am happy to say the 'Team' at this dealership worked together to help repair this with the amount of money I had budgeted for this! As a Woman of Faith, I can't say enough, I felt completely Blessed! superior customer service, puts the needs of the customer first, friendly caring, and no nonsense in purchasing. No game playing, quality product. I had no intentions of buying a car on my visit to the showroom, we just knew the Volvo s60 was one of the cars on our list of considerations. Kevin was very helpful to us as we needed to much work over the phone. We were coming there to purchase a car from out of state b/c our local dealership was not very helpful. Kevin was very easy to talk to, and very eager to help us. He had no problems finding out all the info we needed to know in a timely manner. He was also very helpful in giving us information about euro delivery. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new Volvo.

Since the beginning of the year, my wife and I were trying to decide which vehicle to purchase next. Since my lease was coming up on my VW Jetta I want to find a car a step up but with similar features. We test drove the BMW 325i and the Audi A4. I purchased a 2011 Volvo XC60 from this dealership about 2 weeks ago. This was by far the best car purchase experience I have ever had. I purchased a 2011 S80. Jason took the time needed for me to feel totally at ease with the vehicle and its bells and whistles. He did so graciously and without the hint of pressure or push to the next guest. I will gladly refer friends to the dealership and highly recommend any of their staff to assist. They are geared for greatness and I seriously look forward to my first service visit!! They should really be a 10 for rockstars.

I bought a 2009 XC90 from this dealership last week and I am very happy with both the car and the level of service. I posted an online inquiry about the car, received immediate follow-up from Jeremy, and scheduled a test drive right away. AWESOME dealership - two thumbs up - five stars ***** I came in to the dealership recently inquiring about a specific preowned vehicle - a "manager's special" that was advertised in an email I had just received, and, after the test drive and negotiating with the awesome salesman and staff, I drove off the lot with my V50!
