There is no other Volvo dealer in America I would prefer to deal with, from the always exhuberant greeting at the front desk, the sales team is tops, and service (many years) after the sale is top notch. There is nobody in the auto service industry like Superman Steve Walker. Whenever I have a question about my old 240, Steve is my "go-to" man here in the U.S.A.
Being a Latino male myself, I find it very disrespectful to my people when idiots like the one below blame everything on being a Latino. That is just a cop out. I am proud to say that a real Latino male makes things happen and not use excuses. I went ot this dealership and they were very friendly and helpful. Well at least the sales and business manager was. The sales manager seemed like an ass but luckily I never spoke to him. Overal I had a great experience and would highly recommend it.

Stupid to charge a 3% fee in the use of a credit card. This is a charge that has been in place for years so by charging it, just increasing profits.

I didn't like being accused of breaking the windshield on the loaner car. If that windshield was cracked, you should have caught it before you gave me the car. You detained me for almost 30 minutes, and the entire experience was insulting.

I was told it would be a wait of 3 hours just for a tire and a wheel alignment. I don’t think I’ll be back no time soon, I would rather go somewhere else.
