The service representative was very helpful. My concern is with the service techician. I paid for a diagnostic for 3 issues. The results for 2 of the issues were so far off base and extremely expensive, a new car would cost less. I discussed the diagnostic with the service manage and he agreed to only charge me for the part for the third issue. The part was replaced but within a week the third issue resumed. it seems like any warranty work is hidden behind a wall of "I have to check on that with the warranty dept." We got an "estimate" for over 12k and WE had to push back and say "are you sure about that?" a day later we heard that it was NOT covered (over 3k repair) then a few minutes later we were told that it WAS covered. We've asked for more clarity in the years that we've been going here, but it seems to get a little worse the longer we keep going here. I brought my car in for a service light issue. The car is brand new, but was a loaner. They changed my oil and whatever else needed to be completed, but failed to correct the engine service light. Appears I will have to bring it back in for that again.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this dealership’s warranty department. I have called multiple times regarding a warranty they provided, and no one has returned my calls or explained what happened to my warranty. Because of the lack of response, an issue with my windshield has only gotten worse. I feel completely ignored and helpless because I don’t know who to speak to for help. At this point, I am considering canceling my warranty altogether due to the poor customer service.

Ally was helpful. Charging us for the software updates are not in line with industry standards. Very disaapointed with Volvo. Being a first adopter, Volvo should treat us better. Same with battery degradation. Very bad battery technology. Will never recommend Volvo to any freinds.

Very good customer service but product is defective and issue was fixed but it doesn’t work
