Volvo Dallas has been wonderful. Lyn Ford took care of my maint. and made the visit very easy. I have never been disappointed with this dealer. I can't say enough great things about them. Brilliant! We arrived at 6:30pm in the hopes of purchasing a new car for our 16 year old daughter and one for me. Chris and Mo were fantastic at providing us with options for vehicles and price-points to match. Good customer service. Go out of their way to make sure you are satified with the quality of service you receive. Always make sure that you have a quality loaner car when you have to leave your vehicle. Always return your vehicle washed and extremely clean.
I have serviced my Volvo at Volvo of Dallas for 10 years. Lynn Ford has always gone out of his way to insure my satisfaction with the quality of service, with the value for the service provided and with the convenience and time expenditure, while the car is being seviced. Lynn explains in detail what is required in service and maintenance. If there are any questions or concerns, he addresses those directly and promptly.

It is amazing that I have to type that, but with how some dealerships operate - it was a pleasant change of pace. After a few visits, they put me into a used car of my liking for the price I could afford. Fast, friendly, respectable. I never once felt pressured at any step in the purchase. HIGHLY recommended. I bidded on used Acura on Ebay and was the highest bidder but reserve was not met. Chris contacted me after car expired on Ebay and we agreed upon a fair price. I live in San Antonio and it is a 5 hour drive to dealership so I asked a lot of questions about vehicle because I did not want to waste a 10 hour roundtrip to look at a vehicle that was not as advertised. Lyn Ford has consistently given good advice and service above and beyond the norm. He helps me make sure that my car is well maintained without recommending unnecessary services.
