Jordan Farmer is an exceptional service advisor and makes every experience has been top notch. He is excellent at communication and makes the process as hassle-free as possible. They are so accommodating with loaners unlike many car dealerships and call center associates are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Crest Volvo service to anyone.
