My overall shopping experience was great. My salesperson Brandon did an awesome job. From greeting me early that morning, until the closing process was completed. Although my purchase did not go 100% without a hitch, my sales person as well as the sales manager (Jorge) assured me that everything would get squared away and offered solutions to my issues and not just excuses. I was slightly disappointed that my regular oil change on my XC60 was not covered and wqs very expensive compared to other Volvo services. Otherwise, I love my dealership and bring my Volvo there for all repairs and maintenance.
