Overall a good experience. Someone initially tried charging me $195 just to "diagnose" that my car battery was in fact dead. I showed them that the website shows a "complimentary multi-point inspection" which includes a battery check. The main person there, Mark, was great though. He made sure to explain the battery change and made sure I was satisfied.

My original service writer, Dave had to leave due to illness, but he made sure to follow up the next day. Ericka picked up the slack, and was excellent. I wish there could have been a smoother transition after Dave left, and wished I had been called with an update earlier. All in all though, a positive experience.
