"Excellent Customer Service" We had a positive experience at this dealership because of Marshall Nickleberry who is an awesome person and salesman. He's very friendly and nice. "Rafael was great to work with! I negotiated the entire..." Rafael was great to work with! I negotiated the entire deal over the phone, mainly texts, including the trade in. Driving from an hour away I was fearful of the bait and switch or for lowering the agreed upon amount for the trade in once I arrived. Neither was the case. Every word he said was true and the process took a little over an hour from the time I arrived to driving away. Rafael seems to genuinely care which can be a hard trait to find. Thanks again!!
