"Excellent/Professional Sales Team" I purchased a 2016 Murano back in May. It was the smoothest buying process I've encountered at a large dealership.....and this is my 14th vehicle. "Chris is wonderful" From the moment we walked into the dealership Chris was lovely. He focused in on the car we wanted to purchase and Chris knew everything and more that we needed to know to purchase the car. "Excellent customer service" I am writing because in April 2019,I wrote a review for a sales employee that I had a problem with and gave him and the sales department a very low rating on all services. Unfortunately, since my car was in the service department the ratings went to Ericka. Ericka is very personable, cheerful, willing individual who is always ready to help her customers. "Great experience " I looked at a few dealerships but came back to Criswell Nissan...1) no pressure sales 2) knowledgeable and friendly staff 3) great deal 4) awesome customer service after the sale. I was not looking forward to getting a new/used truck but they made the experience exceptional. I would buy another car from Criswell Nissan.
