I brought in my Nissan Altima for service and left completely satisfied by the work that had been done on my car. Jose went over everything that had been done on my car and explained to me the recommended services that it would need to be done in the future. Thank you again for your time and your patience as I know very little about cars. You have a great team in the service department and I would definitely come again to have my car serviced at your location.

As usual, the service team was very accommodating! Crystal, Huyen, Jose and the guys (I forgot some names sorry!) were very helpful and attentive. Customer service is one of the reasons that I go here for all types of services for the past 4 years. My car, a 2013 Juke is always well taken care of by the team and I trust these guys 100%. The staff was very professional, and friendly. Crystal informed me about the recommended maintenance services for the mileage on my Altima. I also like the fact that Criswell offers shuttle service.

I researched several local Nissan dealerships for pricing on a Rogue. Criswell advertised, on their website, a considerably lower price for a 2017.5 Rogue than other dealerships. I have just bought my second Nissan Rogue from this outstanding dealership. I guess all Nissan cars are the same and very good wherever one wants to buy them. What makes all the difference is the great people at Criswell Nissan in Germantown. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2007. I just purchased a 2017 Nissan Sentra SV. I absolutely love my new car. My sales Advisor Kwame knows me by my first name, and found me the car to my likings. The General sales manager Julius also is welcoming and made sure I got everything I needed or requested.
