Love the staff in Jacksboro, TN. While being quick and efficient they also take great detail in ensuring each patient is healthy and stable. Love the girls at the front desk, the counselors (Jason and the blonde headed woman) and Dr. Herrell is a great physician. Rather than feeling like a normal doctors visit, it feels like friends.
The administration and doctors need to get together and come up with protocols for your patents who undergoes medical procedure. It’s stupid to think that your patents will NEVER undergo a surgery or some other procedure where pain management is necessary. Right now, YOUR protocol for someone with a positive drug test is to shame them and make them come back to the office once a week. Didn't come today I was sick have to get another appointment for next week sorry
on time for appointment but took 3hrs to be seen. one of the lady’s up front does not need to be working there, she is and always RUDE to people just a nasty person!!!
On my last visit the lab tech guy held my mouth swab in his had then turned around and got the other patient in the room mouth swab this was in every way not good as it caused me to get a dirty drug screen and he wrote my BP down wrong on my chart, I want to start putting my swab in my case with my name as I don’t want this to occur again, I didn’t get my 30 days due to this. I hope this does not happen to anyone else .
I only got 12 subs prescribed to me when I’m supposed to get 28 of them and all I got was 12 I don’t understand why
