My appointment took almost 4 hours. I was supposed to go to work afterwards but that didn’t happen. The staff was great but the doctor not so much. This isn’t the first time either

Instead of letting me try to come down off my dosage he cuts my dosage from 2 a day to a half. I will have to buy some off the street. Not everyone has a doctors income and can afford a 300 dollar doctor visit plus 200 dollar medical charge in one month. I can't. he cared nothing of me

I have waited for my insurance from work for like 2 months for me to get told over the phone that my insurance is accepted and it would take care of the visit and I thought finally everything took care of and is going to be great only to get there and set for 2 going on 3 hours waiting for them to tell me if my insurance goes through and apparently they aren’t partnered with my insurance. What a joke the most common insurance and they don’t accept it! Don’t make sense and if it don’t get changed to where they accept it then ... read more

The people who work the switchboard need to be bettter educated about the kinds of insurance you all take. Me and my friend both have United healthcare and was both told our insurance would pay for our office visit but hers was thru yen care that she got for free because she draws food stamps and qualified for state help. Mine was through Medicare that I receive with my social security disability and pay $130 a month for. Hers paid for the visit but mine did not. When I called the switchboard I had to explain to them the dif... read more

I don’t like u have to get a money order to pay them, when I first started going there cash or credit was fine. And the last couple of months you don’t see a Dr. in person it’s over zoom and I’d rather see a Dr. in person. The other negative is you will be there about 3 hours or longer. I try to get my appointment at the end of the day so they will not take as long.
