Get directionsMuch more organized than before, in the past you would register people by who ever was standing in line, and not by appointment time. Previously, people may had an appointment for the afternoon but would be line-up at the door first thing in the a m., pushing a m appointments back by hours sometime. Very glad you are registering people by appointment time and NOT by who ever got line early. I think you are heading in the right direction, keep up with the improvements. Some people do take notice and do appreciate it.
Every month the amount of prescribed medication decreases. At first, it was 30 days; then 28 days; and now it’s at 27 days. A typical prescription is 30 days to allow for “things” that come up that cause patients to have to reschedule to have some leeway - some of us actually have to work for a living. Horrible I had 255 appt and got out of there 7 or 730.it was also my birthday and I spent 4 hours in the hour dr office
Why are we having to wait hours to see a Doctor?
The ladies at the front desk we’re great. the doctor that i seen was excellent. the only thing i would change is the time it took to be seen. (4hrs) it was my first time there so maybe that’s why it took so long.
When I first started at the jacksboro clinic , I was pleased with the professional and caring staff .. Now that Crossroads has taken over I no longer feel it's about the patients ,, it's all about the "all mighty dollar".. When you have one Dr seeing 100 or more patients a day ..that becomes more like a cattle sale than a Dr's office...
It’s always a different receptionist at the call center to make appointments or to reschedule. There rude they don’t have the knowledge to what Center you’re scheduling your appointment for therefore they can’t assist you the way you should be. They don’t understand somebody in recovery needs to have an appointment rescheduled within 1 to 2 days not five days out they’re not very accommodating and they don’t care they are just there for a paycheck!!!
Way to far to drive just to get them filled I can't afford to do that onesie a week for for weeks fix that and it would be great
Had to wait for hours and they messed my medicine up on how much I was supposed to get but the doctor did fix it.
