I have enjoyed coming here until the recent changes with little explanation. I travel a considerable distance to get here, and I cannot drive myself. I’ve been told appointments are every three weeks now. This only makes things harder on me. I can’t get a straight answer as to why this change occurred. And to top it off my hometown pharmacy can no longer fill “out of state” prescriptions so I’m being forced to drive another 45 minutes toward Knoxville to get my medication now.

Don't take cash now takes forever plus they lowered me down and. now life is much harder they before.. They should care but they don't

Well I had a app at 1 that’s what you texted an told me to be their I got there at 11:30 an I was still there at 6pm just then getting to see a dr. Iv got spinal cord injuries that wore me out I was in bed for two days after returning home .I rode with Cumberland gap transportation they waitin but just about left to leave me . I’m a 1 to 2 hours getting home I walked in my house at a quarter til 9 pm nothin to eat a just about was about to fold up. I really don't like to have to go back in 3 weeks that is to much money to drive from ky and have to get stuck in traffic you get played in full for a month a d I also had appointed at 11:25 and I didn't see the Dr until 1:30 what this about have a grandson that I'm raising and I have a hard time finding someone to keep him .

I've been coming to this clinic since you all have opened the doors at this location. I think 7 yrs. This month when I registered I was informed I would pay for a month but only receive 3 weeks of meds and would have to come back for the last week of meds. I live an hour and half away plus I have to drive all the way to Knoxville which is another 45 minutes to a pharmacy that will fill my medication. This clinic is becoming outrageous. I didn't like it much at all compared to the location in Harriman, Tennessee . I have went to both places and the one I really like is Harriman. They are honest with us and has never done us like you guys have with faulty drug screening 4 times in a row and even God knows that he passed his last drug tests with only prescribed medications.

They let me get all the way down there and then decided to tell me they couldn't see me. It was just a sucky experience and I will never go back. I waisted my time going there 2 times because they don't know how to communicate well

I had a appointment for June 3rd at 4:40 well 2 days before my appointment I get a new text message that says my appointment is at 1 p.m. they really do not care about your life that much because they would concern me in contact me to let me know my appointment is changed regardless I was there at 9:45 because I've made a new appointment so anyways I got there and I waited till 11:45 and still wasn't in the building I went up there and asked the young lady about how much longer is she thought it would be and she said maybe a... read more
