The wait time to see the dr.was ridiculous. All patients were put on the responsibility of 1 dr.and I had to wait almost 3 hours.this wasn't the 1st time that this has happened. And they still are not taking my insurance If I can find another place to go I won't be back.

The lady at the front desk was not very friendly and she treated me like i was just some ol junkie from the street. She was kinda heavyset with short blonde hair. I know im an addict. I am doing my best to make my life better. The doctors and everyone else treats me with kindness and respect.

I hate having to get a money order every visit, and every visit was moved to every 3 weeks. I’m thinking of moving to a new clinic just because of these reasons. Plus other clinics are cheaper.

I don’t like the changes at the office in Jacksboro. I was shocked that Dr. Harold didn’t work there any more. Not only was he a good doctor he was a good man. I often talked with him at length and he always made time. The above office is chaotic I switch to the Harriman, TN office where I started. The older doctor (I forgot his name) that still works there is also very good and the office is NOT chaotic. One, more thing, the new doctors at Jacksboro office are less than friendly. This is his sister.i was the one that was trying to get him help.he had to sit down there for 4 hrs an then told him he had to go an hr .away to fill it if he got them .why is that.u would not let him use the phone to call his other sister to come get him.how rude is that he had to walk all the way from there to lafollette .30 second phone call .I thought u where there to help people.he finally decided to get help and u treat him like crap.i have lost 3 brothers to drugs and I dont appreciate the way u treated him.and your... read more

The Jacksboro, TN clinic no longer goes by appointments even though you are given a specific time to be there. On August 3rd I was there for over SIX hours!! My last appointment was at 9:35am but it was 11am before I was even called back for my drug screen. There’s no excuse for being there 2-3 hours per visit much less SIX. I’m not sure what has changed as things used to run smoothly and you were in and out within about an hour of your appointment time.

It’s was a lot better then the last month I went they let us go for a month instead of 3 weeks it just so hard to take off work that much to drive an hour to get there then wait there to see the doctor then drive an hour home I have to take off work each time I come cause I don’t know how long it will take me or how traffic is there or on the way back but thank you for all the hard work you all do for us

Well I’ve been going here since they pretty much opened....... it was my choice to stop pain management, as I was only growing a tolerance with no relief in site. I was told the suboxone would help me better, as well as getting me off all the pills the doctors were writing me. I went to crossroads to get my life back with a steady dose of just 3 suboxone per day. This place as you know started as EHC medical which was awesome, as I said I go here for pain management.
