Service was good as usual. The only thing that I’ve honestly found confusing is the way the office is set up now. Since they changed things around, I still find it confusing to navigate way around the office. I know it makes more sense but I guess it will take time get used to it. Although last time I was in, the lady in toxicology or whatever it is called where they give us the drug tests, did not get any vital information from me. Last visit was ok, probably because a routine visit. When I did have an abnormal need months ago it was handled very poorly, an long story short there was no resolution. I was in rehab and needed a video visit in order to not run out of medication, not only did your people do nothing to accommodate me but noone got back to me. If I didn’t cut my dose in half for that time period I’d have been out of medicine for day’s and quite sick. Well usually it’s 100% and everyone is great but last time I after missing a few appointments and having a hard time getting back on track the zoom doctor really treated me like a piece of shit. I work a lot got a good job now and have a hard time making the early appointments. When I rescheduled she basically treated me like I was already a failure and all things considered I’m doing pretty damn good compared to where I was.

I haven’t had any problem so far untilll Sunday October 24 I was suppose to see the doctor on zoom and he came on for a second then he disappeared so I wasn’t able to get my meds two weeks ago ☹️
