Since I was never giving full instruction on how to do the zoom, I ended up waiting three hours, I called six times before they told me that I had to do A survey before I could go into my appointment.

The doctor that did my tele visit was awesome. He stepped right up and helped me get through it. He was also very concerned with the issues I was having in the Erie office. He informed me to make sure headquarters was aware of the problems. I also must make a huge shoutout to Tina at the call center. I drove an hour to the Erie office. I was 18 minutes late for my appt. if you are more than 15 min late. You by no means will be seen by the doctor because they are too busy. Well, I understand. The doctor I saw yesterday is just rude and awful to be seen by. I did tell the staff in the way out I wanted to see someone else from now on because I am sick of how ignorant that guy is

The last 2 times going in office in Johnstown it was nice I got in and out without a 2 hour wait
Dr.lawless I thought was a bit unprofessional about some things. As far as my treatment with him what I am there to see him for was great. But I am a big guy I’ve had overweight issues my whole like and my blood pressure is high I do take medication for it and it has helped. All he did was complain how big I was and how much I weighed. It was very unprofessional they way he was carrying out his point that I was fat. He told me he’s a.
