Every experience I have with Johnstown’s crossroads office is a good one. Staff are always extremely friendly and helpful.

My appointment was scheduled for 11:55 it was a telehealth visit. The Dr didn’t come on the phone until close to 1:30. I had to call 3 times to make sure he was going to see me. This is officially my last appointment with you. I’m tired of the different day appointments no set time, waiting and the 2 week appointments. So this is definitely my last visit

Very goid in kind thinks the medication has in dose work i have not been using other drug in meds wirk very well

No matter what time your appointment is scheduled for you will NOT be in and out in a timely manner. For in-office visits I am left waiting for at least an hour past my scheduled time. For zoom meetings my wait is even longer. I was scheduled for 7:50pm and waited over 3.5 hours for my zoom meeting to begin. Unacceptable. I never know how long I will be left waiting and it interferes with my meetings and my work. This is not right.

My telemed appointment was for 11:55a est . I attempted to enter the meeting by using the link provided it was incorrect, after calling and immediately getting through I was provided with a new link and entered the meeting @ 11:58a and was there until 2pm I received my appointment text for next visit 5 min upon entering meeting.
