I sat in the office, waiting, for over two hours. It happens often & is extremely frustrating, because I have to drive an hour each way, take the day off of work, & by the time I get back home, I have little time for anything else, considering that I get up for work at 5am.
The doctor I video chatted with was ignorant to me. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place...
Was Tele-Visit and was on hold for 2 hours till got to speak to doctor. Appointment was at 8:35 PM and didn't get to talk to doctor till 1030 PM.
I didnt like the mouth swap. Id rather do urine as its faster and more accurate. I didnt like the fact i was excused of bein on something i havent touched in months. So i pee and it comes back nothing but subs.. Like wtf.... Really upsetting
I’ll never to back again. The doctor was a condescending dick that treated me like a junkie.
My previous experiences were great. However, this last appointment was a headache from the start. The Zoom information sent was wrong couldn't get the video right then I had to call in three times before my prescription was sent in and by that time the pharmacy closed. So it was just a terrible appointment this time.
I think it’s a great place but with the c/ 19 virus going on I think it’s terrible going in because a lot of clients don’t wear masks which affects my ability to show up because I’m worried about catching COVID-19 so I I get anxiety thoughts in my head if I touch the door knob I’m gonna die of being sick
My life is manageable and I am gracious that cross roads exist thank you crossroads ..
