I sat and waited for over an hour at the office for my appointment to see the doctor.
I feel neglected because if theres a mistake i cant call the office or if im running late it would be nice if the pharmacists at least could get dr murphy directly, ive been getting into trouble because i sometimes, in the past, have failed to pickup my prescription on the proper date, so now the pharmacy adds wai time to me weather theyre paid for or not, bit if the doctor faxes the wrong prescription it takes at least 24 hours to get it sorted, im just frustrated becuase i get the blame, so i slept in a chair at the pharma... read more
This isnt the first time going to this clinic ive been here before in the past and had been treated decent except for the one dr who is a dick to everyone

My experience up till today has been wonderful. But as of about 45 minutes ago I have totally changed my whole view on what ARS and they are associates that answer phones and take care of people’s appointment issues and TeleMed appointment issues as well as possibly even the doctor fully make my experience hell my recorded phone calls need to be reviewed And actions absolutely need to be taken against the woman from the Altoona location that was on my Tele visit appointment with a doctor that I’ve never even spoke to you bef... read more

I may.sick and I had to call to let yin's know due to covid-19 and I never heard back from yins and I have even called and got no answer from the service center and now I am withdrawing as well as being sick so I'm not happy about it

I just got my statement today from my insurance company and they are paying you $209 per telemed session.....that was $209 for 3 minutes, i minute of which he yelled at me and threatened me. That is highway robbery.
