I gave it one star only bc i had to in order to write this. This place is a joke! They are only there to collect a paycheck. If this is our only form of "help" in Columbia...God help us! The fake person in the back office that has the audacity to call herself a "counselor" ought to be ashamed. She pretended to care and made promises to do everything in her power to advocate for me and when it came time to produce....she's conveniently out sick. They literally failed me. In every way possible. If you need help..PLEASE go a... read more

I am and have been a patient at Carrick but today's appointment left a bad taste in my mouth. The office receptionist and security was listening to some very inappropriate music. The music was talking about sex, drug swearing. I do not feel that is what should be allowed to be played in doctors office. The nurse and case worker both had good music choices and were at a low enough volume it wouldn't be heard from everyone. There are kids that come here I am sure they should not hear songs about drugs and sex and swearing. And... read more

The staff is very unprofessional by talking to clients about other clients issues.   They leave people sitting for long amounts of time for no reason.  They are uncaring and sometimes rude. They changed hours on Saturday without informing anyone.  This will cause some to detox for 2 days without anyway to get the meds they need.   The entire staff needs reminded that the people attending the clinic are humans and they deserve privacy and consideration.

I have been at this clinic almost 9 years. I started methadone from pain management back in 2000. I had been in an out of P.M. They got so bad that they wind up treating a patient awful. I went to a few because the addiction an pain management and 3 other clinics (38 surgeries). This one has been by far the best. The clinic staff are great and as long as you follow the program you will gain control of your life. I am very grateful. Thanks, Rhonda I.

I have. Een a patient for about 20 years. Your company has taken my money, when I got health insurance, and they have now refused to pay me my money. So I won't be back, and you will. E hearing from my attorney soon., Because someone is a recovering addict, I feel taken advantage of, and neglected, by this company, and it's very unfair, it's the principal, I didn't want to have to do this , but right is right, and wrong is wrong. And your company has held my money, for way too long, I was very patient. Now get ready. Sincere... read more
