Get directionsThey changed protocols about the time clients have to stay inside clinics from 15 mins to 30mins. I had to leave my house at 3:00am to get in line at 4:15a and the clinic doesn’t let you inside the building until 5:00a and on top of seeing my counselor and doing regular scheduled meetings I didn’t get out of clinic until 5:55a. So instead of being inside the clinic on other schedule days which would have taken less than 15 mins it took almost an hour for a regular patient session.
It’s not for me.
It is a waste of time and resources to attend counseling when counseling is needed. We do not ever have anything to talk about because none of the drug questions answers apply to me. I’ve been attending for two years and have passed every drug test I’ve taken. I did not enroll there to take drugs of any kind other than what my doctor prescribes and what is given to me there. I am at 12 mg of Suboxone and have been doing awesome. I feel like other than mandatory counseling. It should be up to the patient to decide if they ne... read more
Took longer than normal to see th Dr.! Gets worse every time!
It seems that every single time that I go in I have to see my counselor. There’s always something that has to be done. This last time was a drug screen that I had just submitted 2 weeks before. It was somehow lost between the testing facility and Crossroads. It was found while I sat in my counselors office but still the point is that there is no reason that I should have to see her as often. I feel like I should have a session and drug screen on the same day so I can at least 1 day out of the month to be able to come in get ... read more
The administration and doctors need to get together and come up with protocols for your patents who undergoes medical procedure. It’s stupid to think that your patents will NEVER undergo a surgery or some other procedure where pain management is necessary. Right now, YOUR protocol for someone with a positive drug test is to shame them and make them come back to the office once a week. I had surgery, talk to my doctor, pharmacist and came up with a plan where the very minimal pain management would be used. I go to your fa... read more
My last appointment wasn’t scheduled so I had to call last minute only to get a virtual appointment so I was unable to give a UDS. Now in order to get the meds I need I have an appointment three days before my baby is due to be born and if I am in the hospital and cannot make that appointment I risk not getting a script because I haven’t provided a UDS. Even though I am able to come any time, you are overbooked so I’m here isn’t an appointment available until I am about to possibly give birth. Second problem I’ve had here in... read more

The original provider I see wasn't there it was someone else on a tablet very rude guy he was. Never had a hot urine, swab, since going to crossroads until they say Dec 12 was hot with stuff I know I don't do. Affects my recovery things lik... read more
