Get directionsNeed more knowledgeable doctors. Especially, ones that make decisions based on fact not on opinion. Other than that the counselors and nurses are good and the program director is great. But, when you have a doctor so uninformed about drugs and drug culture, that it actually effects my experience (considering the doctor is hardly there and I hardly see him), then there's a problem. When I felt like I had no hope or help y’all changed my mind.
I usually don’t have no problem but the Dr. never set my prescription over to my pharmacy.
I was let everyone know upfront I had a work trip coming up and the day I came in to transfer. I let them know upfront that if i couldn't get a state exception for my trip then I wasn't transferring. I was told I could by the doctor only to then be told today I couldn't i guess ny soneone else. I am clean and am gonna be moving around all of Texas for my trip so guest dosing will not work. I would like what i was told in tve begining to be qhat takes places so i can go on my work trip.

It was fine until I wanted to start tapering down on my dose & they made me feel like an idiot. It was easier for them to up my dose & I don’t think that’s right. I’m wanting to taper down to eventually get off of it the right way & they made me feel stupid for even asking.
Went to my office appointment, took the drug test, saw the doctor and because I am allergic to suboxone, said he couldn't help me and find a methadone clinic, didn't give a shit, billed my insurance for nothing. You think you would have a back up for people who can't take suboxone, wouldn't even prescribe anything to help with withdrawal symptoms. What a waste of time, easy bucks for them.
The only good thing i can say about this place is that Tanya is awesome she is so sweet and compassionate for people and it sucks that she only works the front desk cuz I would love for her to be my counselor. Now as it comes to my counselor Kadeshia all she is worried about is being on her phone or listening to music and not really listening to what I tell her because now I had two problems with my bottle recalls with her now.
