Need more knowledgeable doctors. Especially, ones that make decisions based on fact not on opinion. Other than that the counselors and nurses are good and the program director is great. But, when you have a doctor so uninformed about drugs and drug culture, that it actually effects my experience (considering the doctor is hardly there and I hardly see him), then there's a problem. That'd be like going to see a marriage counselor who is divorced. You can't learn everything in a book doc. Just glad everyone else is doing a gre... read more

I hate that Dr and if she doesn’t understand anxiety and depression she should work in a different field. Please put me with Dr Cohen.

It was fine until I wanted to start tapering down on my dose & they made me feel like an idiot. It was easier for them to up my dose & I don’t think that’s right. I’m wanting to taper down to eventually get off of it the right way & they made me feel stupid for even asking.

Went to my office appointment, took the drug test, saw the doctor and because I am allergic to suboxone, said he couldn't help me and find a methadone clinic, didn't give a shit, billed my insurance for nothing. You think you would have a back up for people who can't take suboxone, wouldn't even prescribe anything to help with withdrawal symptoms. What a waste of time, easy bucks for them.

The only good thing i can say about this place is that Tanya is awesome she is so sweet and compassionate for people and it sucks that she only works the front desk cuz I would love for her to be my counselor. Now as it comes to my counselor Kadeshia all she is worried about is being on her phone or listening to music and not really listening to what I tell her because now I had two problems with my bottle recalls with her now. I had no problems with passing the tampering part of the bottles but as far as taking it before co... read more
