Get directionsI’m doing my best to achieve my goal of getting help for myself. I’ve admitted that I have an addiction, that it’s unhealthy, & that I’m going to do all in my power to get help, & live a healthy lifestyle. Before my mix-up with my prescription occurred, my experience with Crossroads was excellent. But after experiencing the mix-up, the staff that I encountered, didn’t treat me well at all. No one followed up with me when they said that they would. I was treated like I didn’t matter. I had to have an extra television with a p... read more

I ask yo use the bathroom and they let me I went in and someone was in there and they started cursing me out I shut the door immediately I turned around and two men assaulted me and threw me out the front door and the staff canceled my appointment and I’m stuck without medication very unprofessional…
I feel like the counselors and doctors can be a bit more empathetic and real. It felt like it was almost robotic. Keep in mind, people who are calling in this is a big step and we are going thru a lot of emotions and feelings so they need to make this a bit personal.
I'm frustrated with crossroads. I've been with this facility since they took over ARS and there has been issues with billing, lack of doctors, and rude staff. Some staff members are actually unprofessional. I get mixed information from doctors and they don't care much about your actual health. This could be due to the lack of a consistent doctor in the grove city facility for nearly 2 years. I understand no facility is perfect but there are a lot of issues with this cross roads facility in grove city pa.
2nd time false positive drug screen. Very important to me. Has nothing to so with mywell being because I know I haven't used. It goes down and is noted and it's not fair when screens are not discussed and was not even told till month later and was unable to dispute because of time, should be a better way because alot of ppl have legal and or mental health providers that look at this? Very unsafe and poor way of handling something that is so important?
Meh. Just had my annual, I feel like some questions are invasive and personal when despite my answer nothing different would change. So why ask? To be nosey, condescending and judgmental maybe? There's no real counseling so what do the questions about a pet's medications, where my child is, my Covid vaccine status, and how much money is spent on nefarious items a week matter? Getting personal once a year by a man you see once a year seems a bit pointless and intrusive when it doesn't matter the other 364 days out of the year... read more
