We were having foundation work done on our house and wanted an unbiased independent inspection. Crosstown was recommended to us. From my initial phone call to their office through all phases, everyone was very friendly, professional and helpful. Mr. Green did the foundation inspection, which I then sent to the firm we had contracted with for our foundation repair. They fine tuned their pier layout to match those recommended by Mr.Green. Outstanding service and report! We were deciding whether or not to purchase a home that backed up to a nature preserve. We paid $400 for the report. My husband is a civil engineer and says for the time spent with us and level of detail included in the report he would have charged $1,500+. Hopefully we'll not need to use them again, but if we ever do need a foundation evaluation they'll be our first call!

Mr. Green is very professional and has a lot of love for his profession. He arrived on time and started surveying my home from the outside to the inside of my home. The process took about an hour or two at the most. Mr. Green took the time to review my home warranty. I paid him in cash which cut the cost by $20 and he informed me he would send my report in 3 days. I received my report within that timeframe in my e-mail (trustworthy).
