We had Crosstown Engineering out to give an analysis for some additional foundation work after having the initial work done last February. We were told that we may need pillars inside the house. The engineer that came out suggested that we only needed to have the pillars that were installed adjusted. This was covered under the warranty with the foundation company so it didn't cost any extra.
