The bank required a foundation assessment report to approve the load because they saw some cracks on outside wall, so I searched on my phone and found Crosstown Engineering on HomeAdvisor.com and hired them. At first I worried about if they would exaggerate the issue to make more money from the repair, but it turned out that my worry is unnecessary. Adam was the structural engineer that did my foundation assessment and was very friendly, punctual and organized. He did an indepth report giving precise guidelines for foundation repair. All employees i engaged with were courteous and professionl. I would highly recommend this company.
