Make sure all your questions are answered before the engineer leaves. They don't respond very well to follow-up question(s).

Ramesh is mistaken. I recieved one follow up question from him on a Friday late afternoon via email and we responded to it the following Tuesday morning. No other follow up questions were brought to my attention.
Adam is very knowledgable about structural issues related to foundations and determined to figure out the root of the problem and offer possible solutions.
