Assessment was done promptly and, as far as I know, accurately. Answered all my questions while he was on site. The only down side was that I was told by someone at their office that the $400 fee included the final check, but was told later that the final check would be an additional $200. Since I had already spent over what I could afford on the initial check and the work that was done by the contractors, I didn't have the final check done.

We do not tell customers that the final inspection is included in the price for the initial inspection. This homeowner was confused because of something a contractor told her.
All went as I expected. I appreciated the prompt response to having my structural issue evaluated. The report was quick and thorough.

Totally Professional! My old pier and beam house needs foundation repair. I needed a foundation plan/report from a structural engineer. I called Crosstown Engineering who were highly recommended from another commercial engineering firm. Mr. Adam Green arrived at appointed time and sent the report in a timely manner.
