LJ Barbee was just the best ever salesman. He didn't pressure me at all but helped me decide to get a Nissan Sentra. The other guys there are just as nice. I was impressed by a nice group of young people that work at Crown Nissan. My Nissan was all cleaned and gassed up when I came to get it on Tuesday. And LJ explained all the new things on it and said if I had any other questions just call him. Just an all around great experience for me. I hope the guys in the service department are just as nice.
Within 2 days of purchasing a used vehicle from another dealership, we had problems with the battery holding a charge. Since there was remaining warranty we called Crown Nissan. They got us in on the same day, did a full inspection and replaced the battery all under warranty and at no cost to us.
Service was all done as requested in the time frame they had advised. They also kept me advised of the service status
Got new brakes in January. A couple weeks ago, noticed grinding sound. Ended up having the car left at Crown overnight and they fixed the issue quickly and didn't charge us for the broken caliper. Have never had an issue with them and will continue to use them for my car services.
Everyone is always very helpful & friendly. Dealership is always clean. Would absolutely recommend this dealer to others.
Service provided thorough review of issues that I identified and discussed each item with me. In addition, future work on my vehicle was discussed with me with proposed time/mileage for the recommended work.
