I received great customer service. All my questions were answered. They explained everything in detail. Amber was very pleasant and helpful through the process.
Told it would take 20 minutes. Was there for three hours and overcharged? Poor Customer Service

After the oil change was finished, I waited approximately 30 minutes with my car parked and ready to go. I had to inquire at the front desk, seemly the guy went to lunch and didn't turn in the paperwork.

They couldn't diagnose the reason why the check tire pressure light continues to come on. ??

Long story short, I was talked down to by the mechanic. Basically saying, I didn’t know what I was talking about.. I was also told I needed wipers. We put wipers on this summer. Between this and another issue that came up I questioned if they had even looked at the car. I then spent the rest of my day at another shop, making sure everything was done correctly. Communication could have been much better. I was waiting for my car. Changing 4 tires took 3 hours!!???? Very little communication on extra time needed and why. Two sensors had to be replaced after mechanic spent 20 min trying to make old ones work. Result of work done by mechanic......All four sensors do not work when car starts up and only two are able to connect after driving over 1 mile from start.
