Great job,treated very well
I just had my oil change this time and they gave me wonderful service I needed some other things done but we got a snowstorm here, so I am stuck in my house till probably Feb 5 or 6th
The service team is good at communicating updates while vehicle is being serviced, timely with their service, and always friendly with the customers.
I was running late for my appt. Regardless, they got started on my car just a few minutes after arriving. Courteous and professional as usual. Gave me detailed information on upcoming maintenance that will be required.
They got me right in changed oil, checked tires. Was in and out in less than an hour.
Scheduling is always for customer convenience ,and work is done in a timely fashion.

Went for an oil change explained I had a tire that was not holding air if they could check that also. I think the Oil change was performed but oil light keeps coming on. They told me nothing was wrong with the tire just low on air they put air in the tire. Tire still not holding air. Do not recommend Crown Toyota for any service will be going somewhere else in the future.
