Just took car in for yearly checkup. I had an appointment and was taken right in. Everyone there is always friendly and respectful. The service was fast and no problems. I have Never had any problem with Crown Toyoda in Decatur, Il.

My dashboard tire light was on so thats what I was in for. It only took a few minutes for them to say I was good to go. When I asked if they used nitrogen, they said just used air. Since I have always used nitrogen for all my RAV4s they offered to redo the tires with nitrogen and I was out in another 30 minutes. Other than that, the service was just fine.
I typically would give a 4 or 5 but my tires aren't rotated because they said the two best tires were in the front (or back)- now I don't remember. They didn't say they should be replaced immediately but I am a bit nervous about them now. I figured if they were really bad, why not offer to put on new tires right then and there?
