Very helpful. Took a but longer than I thought it would but it was a busy day. Their waiting room is very nice.
A year ago, we arrived in Decatur with a failing water pump. They told us it would take more than a day and after we explained that we were from out of town, we were given a 2019 Tacoma loaner! This most recent visit we were very close to needing our o/f/tr service and knew the great service we previously experienced and returned! There was a billing error in our favor so "Jeff" called and told me that he had overcharged me and was refunding the difference. Hands down, A+ customer service!
Very courteous people there!
Car was spotless. Thank you!
Got me in and out in an hour on a very busy day for the service department.
5- my tire pressures were low and not checked.
excellent service as always
Fast and excellent service. So thankful we purchased extended warranty when we purchased our Camry since weve used it several times when notified by Crown Toyota Service that we had a problem. The service department takes care of all the warranty call approval, part ordering and repair in a timely manner. Love the service at this dealership!
Looked at my tires immediately as had wire in tread. Found no puncture. Did mot charge me. Appreciated their easing my mind.
