45 minutes to fix a low tire with an appointment?

I have never given less than a 5 star review but this past Friday, April 15 was not a good experience (others were complaining as well). I had an appointment at 10:30am and my car wasn't ready until a little after 1:00pm. My first clue should have been the very full waiting room. The only thing they did was change my oil! I had requested a tire rotation - which they do every 5,000 mile oil change (no charge because I bought my tires from them) but this visit "it wasn't needed". $200 oil change front end alignment and rotation. Car STILL pulls to right. And tires were low on air!
Friendly workers took little time to complete
dont knowhow this happened, but This is not my car.
The crew at Crown were very professional and prompt. The tire that was punctured at 36xx miles had no road hazard warranty. This is a Toyota issue not Crowns. I purchased a new vehicle to prevent any maintenance cost. This is an issue Toyota needs to address.
I took my car to Crown on 7/30/21, first thing in the morning. I did not hear any news so I called in on 7/31/21 and got the diagnosis that there was a mouse nest that was interfering with the shifting mechanism, however, the check engine light problem was still to be researched. I did not hear any updates from 8/2-8/6 when I stopped by to check on progress. At that time I was told that I should have gotten a call because the problems were resolved. No one called me!!!
