Way too much to type just not professional
Set an appointment for routine maintenance, didn't get the van in for 1.5 hours. So appointments mean nothing. Won't be using my local Toyota dealer anymore, which is a huge disappointment.

Called made appointment. Told them I had Check engine lite and what the vehicle (Chevy Equinox) was doing. They looked at it and called said they could not work on it because it wasn't a Toyota, and they could not do the codes. I told them I bought it there and all diagnostic meters can read all codes you just put in make, model, and year. So, they told me to take it across the street. Miles is a Chevy garage and said same. Confusing. Was not sure of pricing and work done.
Upon arriving at Crown Toyota, My reservation for service was delayed. After waiting for an extended period of time, I noticed that my car had not moved from the que. I inquired as to why, being given the answer (we do not have anyone to work on it). I removed my car and left, being upset that the service advisor had not communicated this sooner.

Went in for tire rotation paid for tire rotation but we marked a tire and it didn't get moved excuses they gave to coincidental will not go back there

Terrible. Will never take or buy another vehicle from there. I work out of town and tried selling my wife a new rim and set of tires when all the car needed was a new set of front rotars. Complete snakes

Simple LOF I set up weeks ago, in and out on My Equinox. I added replacing rear wiper blade pretty simple. Told them see me if questions I was waiting in lounge. Never saw anyone come and tell me they did not have wiper blade that size. Chevy garage is across the street and owned by same company. I was waiting a hour and half, no one came and talked.
