Crown was fine. They tried to help, but allegedly didn't know the "code" the computer gave them for what was needed to be done. After talking to the Chevy place (Miles) they offered to drive it over there to have it looked at and said they'd take it over that same day and Miles would look at it in the morning. Miles didn't even know it was there, so we picked it up. Miles was terrible. If we end up taking it in again, we're going somewhere else, but hopefully it's fixed for now.

I went for an oil change and tire rotation, when they completed their work, I asked what the tire pressures were set at it was discontinued they had forgotten to rotate the tires. If I had not asked I would not of known. Very nice people, but they appeared to be in a rush. I had other appointments and did not have time toys around another 35 minutes.

I researched online and saw they had a used truck I was interested in. I had a truck to trade in. I emailed a salesman, describing my truck, with photos. I also told him the payoff figure on my trade. Since this was a 2 1/2 hour drive for me, I wanted to be sure we had a pretty solid deal before I made the drive. The salesman, Bryan Virgin, assured me we did. I drove there, and after some negotiating, we struck a deal. (I did agree to pay them an addition $400 for a minor cosmetic flaw on the
