Had appointment at 11. Finally at 4 got a notice my truck had some updates to be done. Called Crown what I wanted done and to pick me up. Can arrived took me back to Crown at 4:15 my truck was just finishing the oil change. WHAT THE HE'LL IS THE USE OF HAVING AN APPOINTMENT AT 11 AND NOT GETTING MY TRUCK DONE AT THAT TIME. ONE SERVICE REP TOLD ME THEY HAD A LOT OF DRIVE IN TO DO. I TRIED TO DRIVE IN THE WEEK BEFORE AND WAS TOLD I NEEDED AN APPOINTMENT. WHEN I MAKE APPOINTMENT THEY DO DRIVE-INS BEFORE MY VEHICLE. Appointment was scheduled for 7:30 A.M. I arrived at 7:15 A.M. I scheduled an oil change and a tire rotation. They did not get my car finished until 9:45 A.M. and they did not even rotate my tires. So it was basically a 2 1/2 hour oil change

2 hours to rotate tires and oil change at the first appointment time at 07:00.

I had to wait an hour and 40 minutes for an oil change when I was the second customer there when they opened . I had an appointment, no one ever mentioned that they were shorthanded when I made the appointment Or after they told me to wait in the waiting room

On October 12th 2022 I took my car to Crown Toyota to have it serviced and tires rotated. I also requested that my wiper blades be replaced. I arrived at 9:30 when my appointment was scheduled for. I spoke to service advisor Tom Dunn and we discussed everything I wanted to have done. Tom sent me to the waiting room that was nice and I waited. 2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change with an appointment. No communication. Just asked for payment and sent me on my way. Second time this has happened and I won't be back. I can get better service for the same cost elsewhere in town.
