Communication was terrible. I was told all parts were in and that my car would be finished on day 2 and it was not. The shuttle driver was also not told and showed up at my work to pick me up to go get my car that wasn't done, they didn't even update their own employee (driver).

Took my Highlander in for a tire rotation. On my way home, I noticed a sticker on the windshield that said next oil change is due 10000 miles from current mileage. There was no sticker for next rotation. I called Crown and asked if they changed the oil instead of rotating the tires, and they said no. I checked the oil dipstick and it looked like fresh oil. Made an appointment for 2:00. My car wasn't taken back until after 3:00. Left the dealership 3:40-3:45. Should not have taken an hour and 45 minutes with an appointment. Why make an appointment? The rest of the service was OK.
They saw I was 19 and decided to lowball me on my trade in and then argue with me about it when I showed the 2 other offers plus kelly blue book that were 4x higher than their offer. They then reached out asking about my situation and if they could fix it and proceeded to completely ignore me. Similar things have happened to friends and coworkers.

Way too much to type just not professional
Set an appointment for routine maintenance, didn't get the van in for 1.5 hours. So appointments mean nothing. Won't be using my local Toyota dealer anymore, which is a huge disappointment.

Called made appointment. Told them I had Check engine lite and what the vehicle (Chevy Equinox) was doing. They looked at it and called said they could not work on it because it wasn't a Toyota, and they could not do the codes. I told them I bought it there and all diagnostic meters can read all codes you just put in make, model, and year. So, they told me to take it across the street. Miles is a Chevy garage and said same. Confusing. Was not sure of pricing and work done.
Upon arriving at Crown Toyota, My reservation for service was delayed. After waiting for an extended period of time, I noticed that my car had not moved from the que. I inquired as to why, being given the answer (we do not have anyone to work on it). I removed my car and left, being upset that the service advisor had not communicated this sooner.
