We had to wait almost two hours for a simple oil change.

2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change with an appointment. No communication. Just asked for payment and sent me on my way. Second time this has happened and I won't be back. I can get better service for the same cost elsewhere in town.

45 minutes to fix a low tire with an appointment?

I have never given less than a 5 star review but this past Friday, April 15 was not a good experience (others were complaining as well). I had an appointment at 10:30am and my car wasn't ready until a little after 1:00pm. My first clue should have been the very full waiting room. The only thing they did was change my oil! I had requested a tire rotation - which they do every 5,000 mile oil change (no charge because I bought my tires from them) but this visit "it wasn't needed".
