Negative stars. I'm going to report this facility to the authorities. They are grossly under-staffed, they neglect their patients, and when you do complain, they try to appease by blaming individuals, when in fact, it is a institutional problem.

I am very sorry for your bad experience. Crystal Cove is regularly staffed with a PPD of 3.5 to a 3.8, and the state guide lines mandates a staffing PPD of 3.2. In actuality we are not understaffed, but one of the highest staffed skilled nursing facilities in the area. If there is anyway to remedy your experience we would be happy to do so.
