Excellent and comfortable experience I always enjoy the customer experience at Culver City Mazda! I came in for my first 6-month service and Amy was fantastic, and very informative. I waited in the lobby area and was able to do some work calls. The environment was quite nice and really clean. The check-out process was smooth, the car was clean and running great! Thank you!

Great customer service. Steve in Mazda Service was awesome!! Steve in Mazda service did an unbelievable job. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. He was always in contact letting me know what was going on and was on top of everything that needed to be done.

Quick service with all the information I needed I scheduled my appointment via phone and was able to drop of my car at 2:00pm and pick it up at 5:00pm, getting the services done that were critical. The gentlemen that I spoke to was able to give me a full list of recommended services based on the mileage of my car without any pressure to get them done that day. I appreciated the information, friendliness and efficiency of the experience.
