Great service experience! Amy Felix is a committed customer service and provided a positive experience. During our Covid times, she took proper safety measures and assured me that my CX-5 would be taken care of. In fact, she also told me it would be ready by noon and was. Right on time!
Service completed with encouragement from Mazda manufacturing with replacement parts, rear shocks. Original Mazda parts failed (also rear shocks replacement) within one year of replacement by a defuncted dealership, Santa Monica Mazda.
Very friendly and nice people, very professional, it was a recall service but they checked everything else providing all the details that what I needed and also provided transportation!
Very friendly, professional, and helpful service. The waiting area was nice, open and well stocked. I felt safe while staying in there waiting area. There was also an offer of a ride to a Destiination of mine within 8 miles, which is also very nice.
leased mazda CX 5 Erick was a great sales rep he was kind,easygoing,pleasant, knowledgeable and got us a great deal on the car we wanted. Erick was efficient and quick yet patient and pleasantly answered all of our questions with a positive attitude.
Great experience Sent car in for servicing and it was done very quickly. Painless experience and they arranged for a rideshare for me to take me to the gym. I just wish they had wiped down my car after rinsing it. It was dripping wet!

Great people I love this dealership because of the people. I do lease my car - and therefore like taking it to the dealer for service - but everyone there that I have dealt with, from the salespeople to the service department, is always so kind and helpful and efficient. I appreciate that and its why I keep going back.
