Higher Cost, Multiple Visits, and Door Ding After having both the front and rear brakes (pads) and brake fluid replaced, I ultimately had to bring my car back to Culver City Mazda to have the brake rotors replaced after discovering the brakes were now pulsing slowing down from lower speeds, which had not occurred prior. Scheduled Maintenance Per usual, my scheduled service went very smoothly. I accept paying a little more because I have confidence in the work performed and trust I am receiving accurate information, not just an effort to increase my bill. I had a 7:40 am appt and was able to work remotely in a socially distant space while I waited.
