A+ Service Team Pro: The team at CC Mazda are always so nice and helpful. I worked with Amy this time around, she couldn't have been more lovely. Con: The wait time. I had an 11am appointment for an oil change and rear brakes and I was was there until 5pm.

Great Experience! Michael made everything so clear and easy for me and also gave me the best deal! I really enjoyed working with him and really felt that he cared about all of my questions and concerns as he answered them immediately. Once it came time to receive the car = Sia explained all of the features to me so clearly and answered all of my questions with so much patience and care. Really great experience working with both of these gentlemen!
Promised the service would take approximately 2 hours and that's exactly what it took. Fast and efficient. George was very helpful in setting up an appointment for next week for warranty work. Her is reserving a loaner because the warranty work may take all day.
Great Service I just moved to Culver City so this was my first time at Culver City Mazda. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and answered my questions.
The service was great and the manager Amy was amazing. The reason it’s not a 5. I got the message my car was ready for pick up and arrived an hour later in lunch. It was not ready And had not been washed. It was delivered dripping wet after 20-25 mins and I was late. I would have come after work instead.
The dealership was very easy to work with. They met my non negotiable and even delivered my car to my home. I would recommend them.
