Very professional This was my first service at Culver City Mazda. They were very organized, very thorough and very communicative. They discovered a problem with my brakes that other places might have missed. I needed new parts, which took a couple days. However, I was not inconvenienced as they gave me a loaner. They have certainly earned my confidence.

Audio / Entertaiment / Nav replacement I was really thankful that Amy said that the monitor had an extended warranty on it now, in lieu of an $800 cost. We never received a letter from Mazda that you realized that this part was defected but the service advisor knew and we were really happy about that.
