Everything was very professional I was kept informed the whole time of the progress of the work being done to my vehicle. This being my first visit most impressed.
It was Meh During COVID-19 customer service should be a huge focus. I didn't feel like that was the case this visit. I also was not happy with the wait time. The car wash was sloppy and pushed the dirt around while leaving it dripping wet when I received the vehicle.
Michael was fantastic. Straight forward, kind, and honest. I’m happy I got to deal with him and look forward to working on a lease in the future.
Prompt, excellent service. Provided ride to my home during service and back to dealership after completion. Everyone was very courteous and accommodating. Social distancing practiced comfortably. I recieved many smiles.
Excellent service during difficult times Thank you for taking care of my car! Everything seems good, great service and got my car back to me in the same day. Then, a few days later I got a call that they had overcharged me, and were refunding me that amount. Thank you!
