Amy is the best!! She followed through with everything Amy told me exactly what the issue was and exactly how it will be handled. She is very courteous and thorough. She is respectful and explains everything.

Consistently good experience during scheduled maintenance I leased my CX-5 from these guys and now bring it here for its regularly scheduled maintenance. Each time they've been courteous, professional and responsive to my questions. I hang out in the waiting area, get some coffee (and maybe a doughnut), get some work done and they let me know as soon as they're finished. They're been good about explaining what was done, and what we might have to deal with in the future. Overall, very good experiences so far.
Easily accommodated walk-in Amy is as always a wonderful delight to see when i come in for service. Other team members were awesome too, I just don't remember their names.
