Well organized and professional I had been to numerous car dealerships in the past couple weeks and working with Michael and Siya was profoundly superior. This is why I returned to purchase my car here even though I could have purchased it up in Seattle (city where I was heading). Michael and Siya were both far more knowledgable and on top of the process than anyone else I had worked with. I was able to trust them in a way I have never trusted a car salesman before.

Seamless experience ending and starting a new lease I had a great experience returning my previous lease and starting a new one. Highly recommend Erick from this Culver City Mazda location - he's very friendly and knowledgeable. I'll be coming back to him when my lease is up again.

What you see is what you get, NO BS The deal I agreed to with the sales manager is exactly what I got from the Financial manager when we signed the contract. I kept waiting for them to throw in a "BUT" or some made up fees "Docking fees"...etc but that never happened. No curve balls! they even threw in some free perks. I will be coming back in 3 years when my lease is up!

Such a great experience, I didn’t realize how easy it would be to get my car serviced. I was putting it off for nothing. Steve was so helpful and professional, and my service was done in such a timely manner. Loved the complimentary rinse and lyft! I won’t go anywhere else now.

Fantastic experience. Came in to look at the 2020 CX-30 and left with the car and happy on all levels. My salesperson, Victor, was attentive and helpful. Leigh worked with me on my lease contact was understanding and made sure I was able to get the car. Everyone was friendly and made the experience easy and enjoyable. Easy and fast Very friendly staff and the service was completed very quickly. The lyft valet service also made the day very easy so I did not have to miss work.
