Great Service! My husband and I were extremely happy with Culver City Mazda and our experience with Marcus & Julio. We needed to upgrade our old Mazda to a newer version and Marcus made the whole experience effortless and enjoyable! We were so impressed at how friendly and helpful Marcus was - he made everything a breeze and got us a great deal! Julio was also friendly and provided super fast service. We would highly recommend Culver City Mazda!

Great service. Don’t think I’m getting overcharged. My service advisor Steve Ruiz is great! Finds solutions for my car issues. Steve is the main reason I keep growing back for service at Mazda Culver City.

Repeat Customer This is my fourth vehicle leased from Culver City Mazda. It's always a smooth experience, from the test drive, to the finance paperwork, to picking up my new vehicle. It's also the only place I get my Mazdas serviced, and the only place I'd trust to do so. I feel like I'm getting a fair deal, and I trust the people who work there to give me a good deal and to respect me, my time, and my vehicle. I'll be back in 3 years when it's time to get my new one. Yellow wrench Service Even though there part of the car lot was blocked for repairs or construction, Amy handled my service appointment flawlessly. The service, the car wash and key fob battery replacement were all ready when I picked up my car. I do wish the repair service people would return my car seat and steering wheel to the positions or settings they were when I dropped my car off for service. So far, they never do.

Very quick service no issues although the price is a bit costly but that’s expected with newer cars. They did give my car a spot car wash which was a nice touch.

Great Service Experience and Friendly Support It was my first time at this dealership for servicing but I was impressed with how smoothly and well handled the entire experience once. I also really appreciated the Lyft pickup/dropoff.
