Oil change and regular maintenance I brought my 2019 CX5 for regular maintenance and an oil change. The check in process was smooth, and waiting room is very sleek. They offered Uber/Lyft if I needed to leave, but I opted to stay for the 2 hours it took for them to take care of me. And they washed the vehicle for free. Overall very nice experience and helpful associates. I'll definitely be coming back as needed.
Thank you I came with an out of warranty MX-5 showing premature wear on the soft top. Even with it being close to a year out of warranty, you still submitted it in a way that Mazda NA still covered the majority of the repair. Not only that, I heard your dealership covered part of it too. I appreciate that and the good job on the repair / process.
No vultures! We have been back twice in the last two months to purchase two Mazdas. We love this dealership. They do not attack you at moment of arriving through the door. They valet your car the moment you arrive. The whole atmosphere is exactly what everyone wants when going into a car dealership. This should be the example for all dealerships. Friendly, clean, comfortable and no stress. Love this place!
This experience was totally easy, painless, and unique in its pleasantness. We walked out with a car we love without any of the stereotypical smarminess associated with car buying.
Steve was great! He made the experience easy. Soon as I arrived he was there waiting. The service was quick and he explained everything in detail that was done to my car. Also gave me good positive feedback what my next steps with my car.
Great except for one thing Great service, as always, very professional. One problem with this service was that my front bumper was not aligned properly and I asked them to look at it. They told me on the phone that the clip was broken and I needed to take it to a body shop....fine, not their fault but when it came back it was not only misaligned but cracked. They clearly tried to push or hammer it back into place and cracked it but did not want to acknowledge that to me.
My service experience was as hassle free as possible. They arranged and paid for a Lyft from the dealer to my office and then back to the dealer when my car was ready.
A big improvement I'm very happy with my last visit. The staff was very friendly. Way better experience than last time! The car was terrible though spots all over.
