No surprises, what a relief. This was my 1st visit to CC Mazda. I chose them based on previous reviews, location, and appointment schedules. My Advisor, Amy was fantastic and exceeded my expectations by having my car ready earlier than expected. I chose to wait while my car was being serviced and found the waiting area to be pleasant and comfortable with all the up to date amenities

Amazing Maintenance Experience Everytime my car is due for its regular maintenance, ita so easy and fast to get it done . Love the fact that they send me to work in a Lyft and when my car is ready they send another Lyft to take me back to the dealer . Love that . I work real close so.it.works perfect . good experience My Mazda lease was close to expiring when I brought it in to be serviced. Rather than pay for a tune-up when I was due to return the car soon, they helped me get into a new car and lease that day. Michael and Siya were very helpful and made the process easy.

Above and Beyond Service Steve and the Culver City Mazda team gave me a GREAT overall experience getting my car back into shape. They went above and beyond my expectations in working with my schedule, they were very communicative of the various repairs, and always made me feel like they had my back. There's a reason I go to this location even though I live in North Hollywood. Never a bad experience!
Smog inspection and regular maintenance I made an online appointment for regular maintenance and a smog inspection, which was very easy to do and convenient as the online form clearly listed all the options I needed.
